Mitchell Announces Hilary Dubay as New Constituent Outreach Coordinator

Shelby Township, Mich.  – Today, Congressman Paul Mitchell (MI-10) announced Hilary Dubay as his new Constituent Outreach Coordinator based in his Shelby Township office. A Harrison Township resident, Dubay serves as the president of the L’anse Creuse Board of Education, as well as serves as a member of the Macomb County Board of Education Legislative Committee, L’anse Creuse Community Action Coalition, Harrison Township Environmental Committee, Lac Ste. Claire Fine Art Fair Committee, and more.  She previously worked in the insurance and event planning industries.
