Mitchell Announces USDA Rural Development Grant and Loan for Croswell
Shelby Township, Michigan – Congressman Paul Mitchell (MI-10) released the following statement following the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Office of Rural Development’s award of nearly $5 million in grants and loans for the city of Croswell to perform sewer system improvements.
“Improving and upgrading infrastructure – including water and waste disposal systems – is important to the well-being of our communities. These funds will allow Croswell to update and improve its sewer system, which is more than 50 years old and in need of repair. I am glad to see the USDA Office of Rural Development’s announcement, and look forward to seeing the new infrastructure improvements it will enable.”
