Mitchell Joins House Colleagues to Protect Patients with Pre-Existing Conditions
Washington, D.C. – Today, Representative Paul Mitchell (MI-10) released the following statement on the introduction of the Pre-Existing Conditions Protection Act of 2017, of which he is an original cosponsor:
“As we work to restore health care, it has always been a top priority of ours to ensure nobody is denied care because they are sick. This measure will preserve protections for patients with pre-existing conditions. It is an important step in the process of rebuilding health care in America,” said Congressman Mitchell.
