Mitchell Office Returns $1 Million Owed to Constituents
SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Congressman Paul Mitchell (MI-10) released the following statement after his office reached the milestone of returning $1 million owed to constituents from federal agencies including the Social Security Administration, the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and more.
“One of the most important parts of my job is helping constituents navigate the federal bureaucracy and working to return money owed to them from the Social Security Administration, IRS, Department of Veterans Affairs, and more. Earlier this week, my office hit a milestone of returning $1 million to the constituents of the 10th district,” said Mitchell. “I make it a priority that my staff help get answers to our constituents from federal agencies. My office employs two outstanding caseworkers, Lisa and Alex, in my Shelby Township office that provide casework services for all federal agencies and are here to serve constituents.
