Representative Mitchell Stands for Life, Votes for Micah’s Law

Washington, D.C. – Today, Representative Mitchell (MI-10) spoke on the House floor in support of H.R. 36, the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act, which passed the House of Representatives by a vote of 237-189.  H.R. 36 is commonly known as “Micah’s Law,” named for Micah Pickering who was born at 22 weeks, and is now healthy kindergartener.
